Congressional App Challenge

Submissions for the 2026 Congressional App Challenge are now open.

The winning app of our district's competition will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol, a Copyright Fee Waiver provided through the ARTS Act, their app featured on the https://www.congressionalappchallenge.us , and an invitation to attend a winner's celebration inside the U.S. Capitol called #HouseOfCode. The winning artwork is also featured on House.gov's Congressional App Challenge page.

The deadline to submit your app online is October 26, 2026 at 12:00pm (AST). Call our Puerto Rico District office at (787) 230-7959 if you have any questions.

Student Eligibility:

• This challenge is open to students in grades 6–12.
• Students must either attend school or reside in Puerto Rico.
