FY27 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Requests
For Fiscal Year 2027, Resident Commissioner Pablo José Hernández submitted a funding request for the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2027. Requested Amount: $63 million
Explanation of Request: This project would modernize the Puerto Rico National Guard’s maintenance shop by upgrading facilities and integrating new technologies to meet current and evolving U.S. Army requirements. This would include improvements to existing structures and maintenance systems to support more efficient repair and servicing of equipment.
